CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
SALAD:

2 c. thinly sliced cauliflower
1/2 c. chopped green olives
1/3 c. finely chopped green peppers
1/4 c. chopped pimento
3 tsp. chopped onions

DRESSING:

4 1/2 tsp. salad or olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Combine sliced cauliflower, green pepper, pimento, onion and olives. Mix dressing ingredients. Combine salad oil, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper. Beat with a rotary beater until well blended. Pour over cauliflower mixture. Cover salad and refrigerate for 1 hour or longer, until well chilled.
