CHEDDAR CHEESE PIE 
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 c. diced ham
1 (9") unbaked pie shell
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
Parsley

Combine ingredients and mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Garnish with parsley. Let sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
