ORTEGA CHILI SOUFFLE 
1 lb. Jack cheese
1 lb. longhorn cheese
1 (7 oz.) can Ortega green chilies, diced
8 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. milk
Pinch of salt

Grate cheese and mix with can of chilies. Spread in bottom of casserole dish.

Beat eggs, add flour, milk, and salt until frothy. Pour over cheese mixture. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees in a 8 x 8 pan.
