ORTEGA CHILI CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can Ortega chilies, whole
1 pkg. Jack cheese
1 pkg. Longhorn cheese
1 lg. carton sour cream
5 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

Don't remove seeds from chilies. Put into a slightly buttered glass casserole. Spread flat on bottom of dish part of the chilies; add a layer of each cheese. Alternate again, using chilies and cheeses.

Beat eggs with salt, pepper and sour cream; beat until smooth. Pour over chili-cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until done, 30-40 minutes. It's done when knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
