ORTEGA CHILI AND RICE 
Precook 1 cup rice with 2 1/2 cups water (UNCLE BEN'S® converted), 1 cup sour cream, salted to taste, 1 layer rice, some sour cream, some grated Jack cheese, some Ortega chilies and repeat - 1 layer rice, sour cream, grated cheese, chilies, etc. Cook about 30 minutes to heat through at 350 degrees.
