ORTEGA CHILI CASSEROLE 
1-2 lg. cans
Diced or sliced ortega chilies
1 lg. pkg. cheddar cheese, shred
1 lg. pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, shred
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 eggs
2-3 tbsp. flour

Spray Pam in a cake pans. Lay half the chilies on the bottom to cover pan. Then layer the Monterey Jack, rest of chilies and cheddar cheese.

Beat the eggs, flour, and milk together. Pour over the chilies and cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 20 minutes or until brown. Serve with salsa.
