GARDEN VEGETABLE QUICHE - NO
CRUST
 
Cubed cooked ham
2 c. cubed broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green peppers
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Mix ingredients well and pour into greased pie plate 10 x 1 1/2 inches. Bake in 400 degree preheated oven. Diluted and heated cream of celery soup may be poured over quiche when serving.

Optional: Other vegetables such as frozen peas, cauliflower or partially cooked carrots may be added.
