CRANBERRY JELLY 
2 c. sugar
1 c. burgundy wine
1 pkg. cranberries

Mix sugar and burgundy and cook until sugar dissolves. Add cranberries 1 cup at a time and cook until berries pop. Remove berries and continue to add berries and cook until berries have cooked. Cook juice down until 1 1/2 cups remain and pour over cranberries.
