TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
1 pkg. Taco mix
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Nacho Chips
1 can red beans, rinsed
1 c. chopped tomato
1 sm. bottle Italian Dressing
Chopped lettuce
1 c. Grated cheese

Brown beef, onion and Taco mix. In 9 x 13 pan layer crumbled Nacho chips, chopped lettuce, beef mixture, beans, sour cream, tomato, Italian Dressing, and cheese. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Good next day also.
