SAUSAGE SUPPER 
1 lb. German sausage links
5 med. potatoes, sliced
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup

Brown sausage, remove from skillet and cut into bite size pieces. Pour fat from skillet, add potatoes and brown. Place chopped onion over potatoes and sprinkle green pepper over top. Arrange sausage over vegetables and pour soup over the top. Cook on low simmer until potatoes are done.
