CHILI SAUSAGE SUPPER 
1 lb. sausage, ground
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
3/4 c. water
2 to 3 tsp. salt
1 onion, finely chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1 to 2 tsp. chili powder to taste

In a large skillet, cook and stir meat, onion and green peppers until meat is brown and peppers are tender. Drain off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover, simmer for 30 minutes or until noodles are tender. Add more water if needed to keep from sticking to pan.
