STAN'S BBQ STEAK 
1 lb. London Broil or New York sirloin steak
1 onion, sliced thin
1 minced fresh clove of garlic
Pinch of Italian seasonings
1/4 c. sweet Vermouth
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. Gravy Master
Juice of 1/4 of a lemon

Let steak come to room temperature for 1 hour. When ready, saute onions and garlic in olive oil until tender. In a small saucepan, mix onion mixture, Vermouth, lemon juice, Gravy Master, and seasonings. Brush entire mixture on both sides of steak. Pour the remainder over the steak and marinate in a 9 x 12 inch pan at room temperature for 1 to 3 hours.

Barbecue or broil, searing both sides first. For medium rare, cook about 20 to 25 minutes, turning every so often. Pour remaining marinade in saucepan and heat. Pour over cooked, sliced steak arranged for serving on a platter.
