SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt & nutmeg
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. raisins, soaked

Mix egg and sour cream, then dry ingredients; then last raisins. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 10 minutes. Then 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
