SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
2 c. raisins, cooked in sm. amount water & drained
2 c. sugar
2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. cornstarch
4 egg yolks, beaten
1 tub Cool Whip

Mix raisins, sugar, sour cream and cornstarch in large saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Add 4 well beaten egg yolks. Remove from heat. Pour into baked pie crust. This will make 2 (8") pies. After the pie cools, top with Cool Whip.
