SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
1 c. raisins
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 1/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/4-1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cook raisins until done. Add beaten egg yolks, sour cream, sugar, flour and vanilla. Cook 3 minutes. Pour into baked pie shell. Use whites of egg for meringue. I cook it all in the microwave, so it doesn't scorch.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
