SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
1/2 c. raisins
2 tbsp. flour
3 egg yolks
Dash of nutmeg, if desired
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
Pinch of salt

Cover raisins with water. Bring to boil. Stir in sugar, flour, sour cream and beaten egg yolks. Add salt and nutmeg. Cook until thick. Stir occasionally. Put into 9 inch baked pie shell. Top with meringue and brown in oven at 350 degrees. See meringue recipe that follows:

MERINGUE:

3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
5 tbsp. sugar

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks are formed. Add sugar and cream of tartar.
