EASY CHEESE CAKE PIE 
8 oz. cream cheese, soften
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. or 3 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 ready pie crust

Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip (see below). Pour into crust and chill overnight or at least 4 hours. Before serving arrange fruit on top.

(Mix in fresh fruit before pouring into crust.)

Fresh strawberries in mixture and chocolate pie crust is a winning combination.
