HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cubed chicken
2 c. thinly sliced celery
1 c. toasted bread crumbs
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. toasted chopped or slivered almonds
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. toasted bread cubes or crushed potato chips

Combine all ingredients except cheese and bread cubes or potato chips. Pile lightly into baking dish (3-quart). Sprinkle cheese and bread cubes or potato chips on top and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

Makes 6 servings.
