HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. chicken
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. green peppers
1/4 c. olives, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion, grated
1 c. cheese, grated
1 c. potato chips, crushed (for topping)

Combine all ingredients, except potato chips, and mix well. Pour into casserole dish and top with crushed chips.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
