1 ham steak, 1 inch thick
2 tbsp. prepared and mustard
1/4 c. maple syrup
1 c. milk

Mix maple syrup and mustard together. Cover both sides of ham with this. Place in shallow baking dish. Pour in milk. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
