PEPPER JELLY 
1 pt. apple jelly
1 tbsp. finely chopped bell pepper
1/2 tsp. chopped hot pepper

Over low heat slowly melt one pint of apple jelly. To the melted jelly, add the bell pepper and hot pepper. Pour the mixture back into the jar and cover.

For color, combine red and green and yellow bell pepper.
