PEPPER JELLY CHEESE BALL 
3/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, finely grated
1/2 lb. cream cheese, softened
dash of salt
4 oz. melted butter
2 1/2 oz. pepper jelly
1/2 small onion, minced

Blend above ingredients. Chill. When firm, mold into ball. Roll in finely chopped nuts.
