CHICKEN PARMESAN 
2 eggs, beaten
4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 stick butter

Put eggs in a medium bowl. Dip each chicken breast in eggs until well coated. In another medium bowl, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Mix well. Roll each chicken breast in the dry mixture until well coated. Place evenly in an 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Pour butter on top. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
