HOT BEEF DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
4 tbsp. milk
2 pkgs. dried beef
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. minced onions
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
2 tbsp. butter

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, milk, onion and garlic. Cut beef into small pieces and mix. Saute pecans in butter. Place cream cheese mixture in baking dish. Sprinkle pecans on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until it begins to bubble. Serve hot with crackers and raw vegetables.
