NEVER FAIL NOODLES 
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp. soft lard
2 tbsp. cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Flour

Beat yolks with wire whip, add lard and cream. Whip again. Add other ingredients. Add about 1 3/4 cups flour to form a soft dough. Roll thin. Cut in thin slices. Drop in boiling broth, cook 15-20 minutes.
