NOODLES (For 4) | |
4 whole eggs 4 egg yolks Beat slightly. Add enough flour (with 1 tablespoon salt and 1 scant teaspoon baking powder) to roll out so it springs a little on well floured area. Let dry out a few hours, turn over once. Cut as noodles. Drop in boiling chicken broth. Cook, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes slowly. |
