SOUR CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
1 c. butter (2 sticks)
1 c. sour cream
2 c. flour

Have butter at room temperature. Add sour cream. Add flour. Dough will be soft. Refrigerate overnight.

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar

Mix well. Divide dough in 1/2. Roll 1/2 inch thick. Spread filling on half of dough. Fold over, sealing edges. Make slashes on cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet. Frost with a mixture of powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Makes 2 cheese cakes.
