BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
Broccoli
1 stick butter
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 can Campbell cream of mushroom soup
36 Ritz crackers

Clean and drain broccoli well, place in casserole dish. Slice stick of butter and put half on top of broccoli, saving other half for later use. Cut Velveeta cheese into chunks and put on top of butter and broccoli. Spread can of mushroom soup on top of the cheese. Put the half of butter that was not used before on top of the mushroom soup, and crush crackers and put on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
