BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 bags frozen broccoli pieces
1 can Campbell's condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. salt
8 oz. block Kraft cheese (mild or sharp according to preference)
2 tsp. white pepper

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Add frozen broccoli to 6 cups boiling water. Return to boil and remove immediately. Drain completely.

Shred cheese.

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in 9"x13" casserole dish.

Bake 45 minutes. Serve directly from oven. Leftovers may be reheated in oven.

VARIATIONS:

During preparation, prepare 1 cup of rice. When combining ingredients, include rice.

Add an additional 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 4 ounces cheese.

Use same size casserole dish.

Increase bake time to 1 hour but do not allow top to brown.
