CHICKEN & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts (8 halves) precooked, boiled
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
Fresh mushrooms (washed & sliced)
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. white wine
8-12 oz. pkg. grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. sliced almonds

Lay flattened chicken breasts to cover the bottom of a 9 x 11 inch baking dish. Cover this with broccoli and then mushrooms.

In a separate bowl, combine soups and wine. Spread this mixture evenly over chicken, broccoli and mushrooms. Top with mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese begins to brown, approximately 30 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
