BROCCOLI & RICE 
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/8 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. rice (minute is ok)
Shredded Cheddar & mozzarella cheese
20 oz. broccoli, parboiled 3 min., drained

Saute celery and onion in butter. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Parboil broccoli for 3 minutes and drain.
