BAKED BROCCOLI 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained (or 2 bunches of fresh broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 med. eggs
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c. shredded cheddar or colby cheese
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. cracker crumbs

Mix all ingredients except cracker crumbs. Pour mixture into an oven proof baking dish which has been either well greased or sprayed with non-stick cooking oil.

Sprinkle cracker crumbs over the top and dot with butter.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Serve hot.

Serves 6.
