MUSHROOM SOUP 
2 c. College Inn beef broth
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 1/2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
Salt
Pepper
1 diced onion

In large pot brown 2 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms and brown in butter. Sprinkle in flour, salt and pepper. Add liquid. Stir. Simmer 1/2 hour, stirring occasionally.
