MUSHROOMS IN SOUR CREAM | |
1 1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 c. chopped onion 3 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. paprika 1/4 c. chopped parsley 1 c. sour cream In hot butter, saute onions until golden, add mushrooms, and 1/2 cup water; simmer covered until mushrooms are tender. Add salt, paprika, 2 tablespoons of parsley and sour cream. Heat very slowly, stirring until thoroughly hot. Sprinkle with the rest of the parsley before serving. 6 servings. |
