MEATBALL STEW 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 can tomato soup
1 can condensed beef broth
4 med. potatoes, pared
4 carrots, peeled and cut in 1 inch pieces
8 sm. white onions, peeled
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Combine first 7 ingredients. Shape into 24 meatballs. Brown in skillet. Add soups and vegetables. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add parsley.
