1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix together and spread in bottom of 9x13 pan ungreased. Then mix together: 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 2 eggs

Spread on top of first mixture and bake 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
