1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. chopped pecans
1 egg, beaten
1 stick melted butter

Mix dry cake mix and pecans, egg, melted butter. Press in heavily greased 9x13 inch pan.

TOPPING:

Mix 3 eggs, 8 oz. cream cheese, and a box of powdered sugar. Beat all together and pour on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
