1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix cake, oil, eggs and 1/2 cup nuts by hand and pat into ungreased 9 x 12 inch cake pan. 2 eggs, beaten 4 1/4 c. powdered sugar 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, beaten eggs and other 1/2 cup of nuts to make topping. Mix well and sprinkle over cake batter. Bake in 300 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Really delicious and easy.
