1 white or yellow cake mix, Betty Crocker, super moist
1 stick butter, softened
1 egg
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix the above ingredients and press into 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan.

TOPPING:

2 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. box powdered sugar

Beat well and pour over crust; sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Top will be lightly brown and crusty.
