KAREN'S "PUU KAHEA PINK"
DRESSING
 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2-3 tbsp. catsup
1/4 c. liquid from bottle dill pickles
1/8 tsp. dill weed
Garlic powder, to taste
As a seafood dip add a sm. can of shrimp or crab

Mix above ingredients. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. A wonderful choice for seafood chef, or even plain vegetables salads. This was one of the dressings I serve at Puu Kahea. My family preference is Best Foods.
