1 lg. container Cool Whip
2 boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
1 sm. can Hershey syrup
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 bag pecans

Make a sheet cake with cake mix; cut in 4 squares. Prepare pudding as directed on package. Crumble 1 square of cake in the bottom of a large bowl, then add 1 layer of pudding, then 1 layer of syrup, then 1 layer of Cool Whip. Add another layer of cake (not crumbled). Repeat layers of pudding, syrup and Cool Whip. Top with nuts.
