DELICIOUS BRAT CASSEROLE 
1 c. celery, chopped
3 lg. bratwurst
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 med. potatoes
1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
1/2 can milk

Saute celery until partially done in a well-buttered 2-quart casserole dish. Place potatoes, thinly sliced, in casserole. Cut cooked brats into 1-inch pieces. Place on top of sliced potatoes. Place celery and green beans over brats. Mix milk with soup and pour over ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes uncovered.
