DEANNA'S MOMMY'S CARROT CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
1 c. raisins
1 1/4 c. salad oil
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 jars jr. carrots (yes, baby food)
1 c. chopped walnuts

Mix together; bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until tested done. Bake in a greased and floured pan (oblong, Bundt, or 2 layers). Let cool before frosting.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar

Cream together. May need to add 1 tablespoon to blend well.
