CARROT CAKE 
1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beat in 1 at a time
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour, all sieved together & mix with salad oil mixture
3 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. nuts (if desired)

Flour and grease 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees.

ICING FOR CAKE:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. Milnot

Combine.
