SCALLOPED ASPARAGUS 
Butter, the size of a sm. egg
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 c. Velveeta cheese
6 to 8 hard-boiled eggs
2 sm. or 1 lg. can asparagus

Melt butter, add flour and milk. Cook over low heat or in microwave until thick, add Velveeta cheese. Make layers of cheese sauce, sliced eggs, asparagus. Top with buttered bread crumbs. (Rolled cracker crumbs may be used, if desired.) Bake in moderate oven until brown.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
