APRICOT SAUCE 
8 packets sweetener
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. apricot nectar
2 or 3 drops lemon juice

Combine sweetener and cornstarch in glass measuring cup. Stir in apricot nectar and lemon juice. Microwave on High for 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture is thick and clear, stirring once. Let stand 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
