OLD FASHION KENTUCKY CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
2/3 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
3 tbsp. chopped green onions
1/2 c. grated cheese

Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix all ingredients except cheese. Put 1/2 mixture into a warm greased black skillet. *Sprinkle with 1/2 grated cheese. Pour rest of mixture over cheese. Top with remaining cheese.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes.

*Can mix grated cheese with rest of ingredients and pour in skillet all at one time.
