CHEESE BALLS 
10 oz. cheddar finely grated (or your favorite hard cheese)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. garlic powder

Cream cheeses, 3/4 cup pecans and garlic powder together. Form into 1 large or 2 small balls. Roll in remaining pecans. Wrap tightly in waxed paper and refrigerate until served.
