CHEESE BALL 
1 large pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. sharp Cheddar
8 oz. American cheese
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
pinch of salt
3/4 c. chopped pecans
white pepper to taste
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. chopped pimiento
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Grate cheese. Mix with other ingredients. Form into large ball. Wrap in foil. Store in refrigerator for two or more days to age. Roll in pecans just before serving.
