CREAM CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cracker Barrell wedge (sharp) cheese
2 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of Tabasco
1 tsp. onion
1 tsp. pimento
1 tsp. green pepper
1/2 c. pecans (chopped)

Cream the cream cheese, grate other cheese. Combine and add other ingredients (except pecans). Roll into ball. Then roll in chopped pecans. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers.
